Shipping Policy

Many of our items are handmade, made to order, or produced in small batches. Because of this, dispatch times vary by product.

Our ceramic mugs and spoons are handmade and often available on a preorder basis.

Please allow approximately 4 weeks for production, glazing, kiln firing, and finishing before dispatch.

Prints are usually ordered for production the next business day unless already in stock.

Please allow approximately 3 business days before dispatch. If the print is currently in stock, it may ship sooner.

T-shirts may be either in stock or available on preorder.

Cat collars are handmade to order.

Please allow 3–7 business days before dispatch depending on current order volume.

If your order contains multiple items with different dispatch times, we may ship everything together once all items are ready.

If you would prefer split shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

These delivery estimates begin after dispatch, not from the order date.

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped (where available).

Orders outside Ireland / EU may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes payable by the customer.

As many products are handmade, occasional delays may happen during busy periods. If this occurs, we will keep you updated.
