Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Pre-orders may be cancelled and fully refunded at any time before your order has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us at customerservice@marymary.ie with your order number.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and dispatched, our standard refund policy applies.

Estimated dispatch dates are provided at the time of purchase. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you by email and you will have the option to cancel for a full refund.
